Meet your Coaches
Mike is the head coach for the Grip Competition team, and has 15 years of experience in building and developing youth programs for climbing gyms throughout the Western US. He has coached hundreds of climbers and watched many excel to both the national and international stage. He is a dedicated rock climber himself, continuing to focus on improvement and constantly researching the newest methodologies of climbing science to help his athletes.

Cody has been coaching rock climbing for most of the last decade, and his three boys are all dedicated competitive climbers. In addition to competition climbing, Cody is constantly striving to instill the values of both sportsmanship and enjoyment of the natural environment in outdoor rock climbing.
