    Designed to bring climbers together in a supportive, community-focused environment. Led by our trained coaches, the program helps participants improve their climbing skills while building connections with fellow locals who share a passion for bouldering. Whether you're refining your technique or just looking to climb with others, this program is the perfect place to join the community.

    Break through your plateau. Our Personal Training is tailored towards your individual goals. Build confidence, master techniques, and progress at your own pace with the help of our experienced coaches.

    Our Intro to Bouldering class is the perfect way to start your climbing journey! Designed for beginners, this class covers basic techniques, safety tips, and how to navigate climbing routes—all in a supportive and fun environment.

Circuit Classes

Monday and Wednesday from 6:00am-7:00am in the fitness area.

Member Price - Free

Non-member - $15/Session

GripFit is a climbing fitness class offered twice a week at Grip Bouldering!

These sessions run individuals through a range of aerobic and anaerobic exercises to better develop climbing strength and movement.

Our focus of the class is to support mobility and muscle balance to let you climb harder and safer.

Adult Bouldering Program

Our goal with the Adult Boouldering Program is to create a communal space to people who want to better their climbing with other adults alongside a GripFit instructor..

Our Afternoon Classes focus on building community and teaching climbing fundamentals in a fun, relaxed setting. Perfect for anyone looking to connect with others, these sessions combine basic training with opportunities to meet fellow climbers and share the joy of bouldering. Join us and start your climbing journey in a supportive and welcoming environment!

Personal Training

Member Price - $50/hr

Work one-on-one with a coach who can help you achieve your climbing and fitness goals!

Our instructional staff can help you every step of the way - goal-setting and planning, movement analysis, physical conditioning, and mental strategies are all areas we can provide instruction to help you improve and enjoy climbing.

INTRO TO BOULDERING
